CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

– Benjamin Sebdza, 38, of 3 Seymour St., of Jamestown, was charged on March 30 with third-degree unlawful fleeing of a police officer in a motor vehicle, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, two counts of felony driving while intoxicated, and multiple traffic infractions. According to deputies, Sebzda was traveling on Route 242/Windmill Road in the town of Napoli when deputies pursued his vehicle. He was stopped and transported to county jail and will appear in Napoli Town Court later.

– Nicholas O. Castellano, 35, of Perrysburg was charged Monday with having an outstanding warrant issued by the Cattaraugus County Court. According to deputies, Castellano was apprehended at 6 First St., South Dayton, and was transported to the county jail pending arraignment.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

– Robert Owens, 22, of Jamestown was charged Saturday with first-degree criminal contempt and aggravated family offense. Deputies allege that Owens made a phone call to another individual, violating an Order of Protection.
