JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Jennifer A. Glover, 40, of Jamestown, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Officers observed Glover at 11:13 p.m. Thursday in the area of East Second and Dexter streets. Glover was wanted on an outstanding warrant and was taken into custody without incident. She was allegedly found with a quantity of methamphetamine and later held for arraignment in court.

CARROLL POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Steven W. Walsh, 50, no address listed, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass. Police were called at 1:33 p.m. Feb. 15 to a home on Oak Hill Road for a report of an unwanted male. The homeowners came home and reportedly heard noises coming from inside the residence. Carroll police, along with sheriff’s deputies and state troopers responded and Walsh was eventually taken into custody without incident. He was scheduled to appear in Carroll Town Court later.
