ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

— James R. Tuttle, 35, no address listed, was taken into custody on an arrest warrant Wednesday on charges of second-degree criminal contempt, petit larceny and second-degree harassment for an incident that occurred Aug. 25, 2023.

— Jacob W. Fishgold, 21, no address listed, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief. Police responded Feb. 10 to a reported domestic disturbance in Celoron. An investigation found that Fishgold allegedly destroyed another person’s property. Fishgold was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for arraignment and is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Ramon L. Nieves Fagot, 45, of Jamestown, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. A search warrant was executed at noon Friday at 850 Prendergast Ave. Nieves Fagot was located inside the property, and a search turned up 93 individually packaged bags of fentanyl, 18 vials of cocaine, 30 Tramadol Hydrochloride pills and $339. He was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment in court. At the same time Friday, members of the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office executed another search warrant at an apartment at 854 Prendergast Ave. The residence was unoccupied but charges are pending.
