JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
— Thomas J. Diggs, 28, of Frederick, Maryland, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Officers responded at 12:11 a.m. Wednesday to a reported domestic incident at a residence and learned that Diggs allegedly violated an order of protection. Diggs was being held for arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT
— STOCKTON — Deputies charged Ian C. Lewis, 41, of Buffalo with endangering the welfare of a child for an incident that took place on Jan. 3 in the town. Lewis was issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Stockton Court for a later date.
DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT
— Parish Moreland, no age listed, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 18 and charged with third-degree assault.
— Armando Hernandez-Tirado, 23, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 18 and charged with obstruction of government administration, second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct.
— Alexander Gonzalez Pacheco, 25, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 19 and charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right, and moving from lane unsafely.
— Jose Rubalcaba, no age listed, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 19 and charged with grand larceny (credit/debit card) and petit larceny.
— Mark Drummond, 47, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 19 and charged with third-degree assault.
— Omar Contreras, 43, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 19 and charged with two counts of criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, and single counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.
— Derek Coombs, 37, homeless, was arrested Jan. 19 and charged with trespass.
— Gabriel Soto, 31, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 20 and charged with second-degree burglary and petit larceny.
— Jordan Gill, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 21 and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with blood alcohol content higher than .08%, and moving from lane unsafely.
— Julian Suarez-Gomez, 41, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 21 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.
— Christopher Campbell, no age listed, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 23 and charged with petit larceny.
— Joel Pierluissi, 34, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 23 and charged with criminal mischief.
