When the victim attempted to leave, Papaserge grabbed the victim by their hair and dragged them into an apartment. He held the victim down, and prevented them from leaving. On the same day at around 11 p.m., Papaserge and the victim began to engage in another dispute. This time, he raised a pipe wrench toward the victim, and threatened them with it, then began punching the victim multiple times. Soon after, he again attempted to choke the victim. Papaserge was then transported to city jail.
