— Derek T. Roberts, 45, no address listed, was charged with driving while intoxicated and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. A vehicle was stopped at 2:17 a.m. Wednesday in the area of East Second and Phillips streets for observed traffic infractions. An investigation found that Roberts was allegedly operating the vehicle while in an intoxicated state and on a suspended license due to a previous DWI. Roberts was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment in court.
DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT
— Steven Keyser, 47, of Fredonia, was arrested Jan. 14 and charged with driving while intoxicated.
