CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
— Shylia Dunning, 35, of Dayton, was charged with third-degree grand larceny following an investigation by the Criminal Investigation Bureau with the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office. Dunning was processed at the Gowanda Municipal Building and issued an appearance ticket. Dunning is scheduled to appear back in court at a later date.
