JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Nairobi Bautista, 25, of Jamestown, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Officers responded at 5:55 p.m. Wednesday to a residence on the south side of the city for a reported domestic dispute. It was learned that Bautista allegedly broke a window during the dispute. He was transported to jail and held for arraignment in court.

— Steven M. Cassidy, 33, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief. Officers responded at 10:37 p.m. Wednesday to the south side of the city for a reported domestic incident. An investigation found that Cassidy allegedly broke items inside an apartment. Cassidy was transported to jail and held for arraignment.

— Daniel A. Lutgen, 41, no address listed, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Officers stopped a vehicle at 12:47 a.m. Thursday in the area of East Second and Phillips streets. An investigation found that the driver had a stay away order of protection with Lutgen, who was one of the passengers in the vehicle. Lutgen was transported to jail and held for arraignment in court.

— John B. Cuneo IV, 41, of Erie, Pa., was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Officers responded at 4:46 a.m. Wednesday to the area of Prospect Street and Newland Avenue for a suspicious vehicle in the area. Police made contact with Cuneo, who was later found with a loaded handgun and a quantity of fentanyl. Cuneo was transported to jail and held for arraignment.
