CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
— HANOVER — Miguel Altunar-Mateo, 41, of Dunkirk, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and failure to keep right. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 8:16 p.m. Dec. 24 for a violation in the town of Hanover. An investigation found that Altunar-Mateo was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in Hanover Town Court later.
