— Damien R. Abrams, 21, of Jamestown, was charged with petit larceny. An officer was completing an area check at Walmart on Thursday when the officer observed a male who appeared to be stealing merchandise. An investigation determined the male was stealing $129 in items from the store. Abrams is scheduled to appear in court later.
