JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
— Dion J. Carr, 38, of Jamestown, was charged with resisting arrest and false personation. Officers stopped a male walking near the corner of West Fifth and Washington streets at 11:53 p.m. Tuesday. The male was identified as Carr after providing officers with a false name
several times. Carr was found to have an active bench warrant out of the Chautauqua
County Sheriff’s Office and attempted to run away before he was quickly taken into custody. Carr is scheduled to appear in court later.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
— RANDOLPH — Tara L. Bonovitch, 44, of Randolph, was taken into custody Dec. 15 after deputies executed a warrant on Torrence Road in Randolph. Bonovitch had multiple bench warrants out of Cattaraugus County Court. Bonovitch was transported to Cattaraugus County Jail for further court proceedings.
