JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Glenn Ratliff, 25, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree robbery, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, fourth-degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child. Officers responded at 4:55 p.m. Thursday to the south side of the city for a reported domestic dispute and found that Ratliff allegedly pushed a woman and held her on the couch. It was also learned that Ratliff allegedly damaged the woman’s sweatshirt and stole her cellphone and occurred in the presence of a youth. Ratliff was held for arraignment in Jamestown City Court.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

— ELLERY — Jastic Anzalone, 26, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Deputies responded at 4:07 p.m. Monday to Dutch Hollow Road in the town of Ellery for an order of protection violation. An investigation found that Anzalone allegedly violated a court ordered mandate on Nov. 24. He is scheduled to appear in Ellery Town Court later.

— KIANTONE — Daniel S. Wozniak, 29, of Jamestown, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI and following too closely. Deputies responded at 8:44 p.m. Nov. 30 to the intersection of Route 60 and Route 62 in the town of Kiantone for a reported accident. An investigation found that Wozniak was allegedly operating his vehicle in an intoxicated state. He is scheduled to appear in Kiantone Town Court later.
