— Chad E. Walters, 36, no known address, was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and possession of burglar’s tools. Officers responded at 11:37 p.m. Monday to Winsor Street for a reported alarm at a business. Officers located a broken window and a male inside. After eventually entering the building, Walters was taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail. He was held for arraignment in court.

• Rudy L. Ryen, 47, no address listed, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment. Christina L. Dorman, 48, no address listed, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Officers responded at 11:31 p.m. Monday to a reported domestic dispute on the north side of the city. An investigation found that Ryen and Dorman both allegedly violated orders of protection against each other. Both were located in an apartment and taken into custody without incident. While in custody, Ryen reportedly spit in Dormans’ face. The two were held for arraignment in court.

• Thomas J. Papaserge, 43, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree menacing, first-degree criminal contempt, aggravated criminal contempt, second-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing and first-degree unlawful imprisonment. Officers responded at 4:40 p.m. Monday to the south side of the city and learned that Papaserge allegedly assaulted another person with a blunt object and placed the person in a choke hold while holding a knife to their neck. Papaserge had a valid order of protection against the victim. He was transported to jail and held for arraignment.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT

— RIPLEY – An Erie woman is facing charges after an accident Sunday evening.

At around 7:40 p.m., deputies responded to a motor vehicle accident on Forsythe Road. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Denise Deforce-Morgan, 66. Further investigation found Deforce-Morgan to be operating the vehicle while intoxicated. She was charged with DWI and released with tickets to be in the Town of Ripley Court later.
