LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE

DEPARTMENT

— Jacob A. Feldt, 37, of Celoron, was charged with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child. Feldt allegedly harassed a 16-year-old that made the male fear for his safety. Feldt was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for arraignment. He is scheduled to appear in Busti Town Court later.

CATTARAUGUS

COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

— COLD SPRING — Andrew C. Skye, 34, of Cold Spring, was charged with second-degree burglary, endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of third-degree assault after deputies responded Saturday to a reported unwanted person on South Loop Road in the town of Cold Spring. An investigation found that Skye allegedly forced entry into a residence and then struck two individuals. He was arraigned and remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail.

JAMESTOWN POLICE

DEPARTMENT

— Jennifer Allen, 38, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree criminal tampering. Officers responded at 6:30 p.m. Monday to West Third and Cherry streets for a reported disorderly person. An investigation found that Allen allegedly dumped an alcoholic beverage on a resident of an apartment building when the resident told her that she had previously been banned from the building and was not allowed inside. Allen was located a short time later and was taken into custody. She was held for arraignment in Jamestown City Jail.
