JAMESTOWN POLICE

≤ Max D. Thompson, 37, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. Patrol responded at 9:04 p.m. Wednesday to the UCAN Mission on West First Street for a criminal mischief complaint. Officers observed broken windows and security cameras, which totaled $1,600 in damages allegedly caused by Thompson. On Thursday, Thompson made a complaint that UCAN would not let him back in and was promptly taken into custody. He was reportedly found in possession of a loaded handgun reported stolen from a town in Erie County. Thompson was held for arraignment in court.

≤ William Gardner, 23, of Jamestown, was charged with petit larceny and four counts of fourth-degree grand larceny. Officers responded at 6:35 p.m. Thursday to Dollar General on West Third Street for a reported larceny of a wallet. It was determined that Gardner allegedly took the wallet that was at self-checkout belonging to a customer. He was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for court.

≤ Jacquelyn C. Hayes, 32, of Jamestown, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Officers observed Hayes on Forest Avenue and knew her to have bench warrants out of Jamestown City Court. Hayes was also found with a small quantity of cocaine. She was transported to jail and held for arraignment in court.

≤ Alisha M. Crouse, 39, of Jamestown, is facing numerous charges after being pulled over Saturday night.

Crouse is charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failing to stop at a stop sign, switched plates, an unregistered vehicle, operation without insurance and an unsafe tire. She was stopped on Chambers Street around 9:40 p.m. After further investigation and a search of the vehicle it was found that Crouse was in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine. She was transported to Jamestown City Jail and will be back in court at a later date.

≤ Shondell M. Hernandez, 31, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree mischief after a Friday evening incident. Around 8 p.m., officers responded to an East side address. It was determined that Hernandez damaged property during a domestic dispute and left the area on foot. He was located by officers and placed into custody and held pending arraignment in city jail.

DEPARTMENT

≤ Luis Carrasquillo Jr., 27, of Dunkirk, was arrested Oct. 26 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt.

≤ Timothy Banach, 65, of Dunkirk, was arrested Oct. 30 and charged with petit larceny.

≤ Gerardo Andujar Figueroa, 50, of Dunkirk, was arrested Nov. 3 and charged with first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree menacing, and second-degree harassment.

≤ Noel Dominguez, 34, of Dunkirk, was arrested Monday and charged with second-degree criminal contempt.
