SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ SOUTH DAYTON — Robert C. Johnson, 32, of South Dayton, was charged with second-degree harassment. Johnson was taken into custody Oct. 18 following an investigation into a domestic incident. He is scheduled to appear in Leon Town Court later to answer the charge.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Amanda L. Douglas, 33, of Sherman, was charged with petit larceny. On Oct. 18, Douglas allegedly used a lower price tag to underpay about $286 worth of merchandise from the self-checkout at Walmart. Douglas is scheduled to appear in Busti Town Court later.

JAMESTOWN POLICE

DEPARTMENT

¯ Jordan A. Johnson, 29, of Jamestown, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Officers responded at 5:12 p.m. Sunday to a reported domestic dispute and found that Johnson allegedly damaged another person’s property. Johnson was held for arraignment in court.

¯ Christie A. Eddy, 50, no address listed, was charged with second-degree burglary, endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment. Officers responded at 2:02 p.m. Sunday to the north side of the city for an unwanted person at a residence. An investigation found that Eddy allegedly made unlawful entry into an apartment and shoved another person, causing the victim to fall onto a male. Eddy was taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail.

¯ Brittany E. Morgan, 39, no address listed, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, passed red signal, operating without insurance and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Officers responded at 8:35 a.m. Monday to a vehicle accident in which one of the vehicles involved reportedly left the scene. The vehicle was later spotted on the north side of the city. The driver, identified as Morgan, was later found with plastic knuckles, which are illegal to possess in New York state. Morgan was taken into custody and held for arraignment in court.

ELLICOTT POLICE

DEPARTMENT

¯ Bobby R. Mount, 40, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree harassment. Officers received a complaint at 10 p.m. Friday from a victim who reported that they had been punched in the mouth causing a minor injury inside an apartment on West Main Street in Falconer. Mount was issued a ticket to appear in Ellicott Town Court later. At 11:22 p.m. Friday, officers again responded to West Main Street in Falconer for a domestic dispute and learned that Mount allegedly placed his hands around another person’s neck and placed a bottle of butane in the oven in the home. Mount was additionally charged with first-degree criminal contempt, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, and second-degree reckless endangerment.

¯ Ralph R. Patterson, 43, no address listed, was charged with obstructing governmental administration. Officers on Friday observed Patterson on East Livingston Avenue and had knowledge that he had an arrest warrant from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office. Patterson attempted to run from officers but was taken into custody after a brief foot pursuit. He was turned over to the Sheriff’s Office and is further scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.

DUNKIRK POLICE

DEPARTMENT

¯ Brandon Perry, 27, of Dunkirk, was arrested Oct. 13 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt.

¯ Jessica Mendez, 35, of Buffalo, was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, passed red signal and signal less than 100 feet.

¯ Martin Wisniewski, 49, homeless, was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with petit larceny. He was also arrested Oct. 16 and charged with another count of petit larceny.

¯ Derek Coombs, 37, homeless, was arrested Oct. 18 and charged with third-degree criminal trespass.

¯ Mark Szocki, 62, of Dunkirk, was arrested Oct. 18 and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Donald Ervolina, 35, homeless, was arrested Oct. 18 and charged with third-degree criminal trespass, and a separate count of trespass.

¯ Donte Chambers, 30, of Dunkirk, was arrested Oct. 19 and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, resisting arrest, and second-degree harassment.
