CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ FRENCH CREEK — Jeromy G. Vogt, 49, of North East, Pa. was charged Sunday with unregistered vehicle and two counts of driving while intoxicated. According to deputies, they observed a side by side ATV operating on a public road in French Creek around 7:15 p.m. The driver, identified as Vogt, allegedly had a blood alcohol content of .18% or higher.

¯ ARKWRIGHT — Danielle Greenway, 45, and Jeffrey Kozlowski Jr., 35, of Tarbox Road, Cassadaga have been charged with second-degree criminal trespassing. It is alleged that on Sept. 27, the two individuals were at a residence on Bard road without permission. They will answer to the charges in Arkwright Town Court.

¯ PORTLAND — Gage Sipp, 23, and Andrea Post, 20, both of Fredonia, have been charged with depositing refuse on public highways and adjacent lands, and third-degree criminal tampering. It is alleged the two dumped trash on land that did not belong to them. They will answer to the charges in Portland Town Court.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Jennifer M. Allen, 35, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree robbery, petit larceny, second-degree assault and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. Officers responded at 12:20 a.m. Wednesday to a residence on the south side of the city for a reported harassment. An investigation found that Allen allegedly walked over to another person and forcibly stole a necklace from their neck. During the theft of the necklace, Allen reportedly caused physical injury to the victim’s neck. Allen was located a short time later and was taken into custody. She was held for arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
