JAMESTOWN POLICE
¯ Jason R. Alexander, 41, of Jamestown was charged with driving while intodicated – refusal, no seat belt and unregistered motor vehicle at 4 a.m. Wednesday after he was pulled over on James Avenue for a traffic violation. Alexander was taken to the Jamestown City Jail until he could be arraigned. According to a police report, Alexander is currently on parole.
ELLICOTT POLICE
¯ Walter M. Westerdahl, 42, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt after allegedly violating a valid order of protection. He was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail to be arraigned under the CAP program.
CATTARAUGUS
COUNTY SHERIFF
¯ Jeremiah C. Warrior, 23, of Jamestown was arrested on a Family Court warrant issued by Cattaraugus County Family Court after he was found by the Jamestown Police Department at 3:36 p.m. Tuesday and transferred to the custody of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office. Warrior was arraigned in Coldspring Town Court and taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail.
¯ Maria K. Cover, 23, of Jamestown was taken into custody at 1:42 p.m. Tuesday on a warrant issued out of Cattaraugus County Family Court. She was arraigned in Cattaraugus County Family Court and released on her own recognizance.
¯ Charles W. Riddell, 36, of Randolph was arrested on an active bench warrant issued by Cattaraugus County Court at 4 a.m. Monday. Riddell was taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail until he can be arraigned.
¯ Calvin C. Johnson, 26, of South Dayton was charged after a domestic incident in South Dayton at 10:02 a.m. Sept. 24 at 29 S. Main St., Trailer 3, South Dayton. He will be in court later.
¯ Erica F. Lindgren, 26, of South Dayton was arrested after deputies attempted a warrant execution on Oak Street, South Dayton, at 11:17 a.m. Sept. 24. Lindgren had a bench warrant issued by Perrysburg Town Court. She was arraigned in Persia Town Court and taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail.
