¯ FREWSBURG — Ryan D. Edwards, 39, of Frewsburg was charged Sunday around 5:30 p.m. with second-degree aggravated harassment. It is alleged that Edwards made a threatening phone call. He was taken into custody and transported to the county jail for arraignment.
