POMFRET — Sebastian Salas-San Miguel, 28, of Houston, Texas was charged Friday at 2:45 a.m. with two counts of driving while intoxicated, speeding and no taillights. According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, deputies observed a vehicle traveling westbound on Route 20 in the Town of Pomfret at a high rate of speed with no taillights visible. An investigation was conducted and Sebastian was allegedly found to have been driving while intoxicated. Sebastian was taken into custody and later released with tickets. Sebastian will appear in the Town of Pomfret court at a later date.
