¯ Jesus M. Robles, 24, of Jamestown, was charged with no/inadequate lights, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, driving while intoxicated and DWI per se. Officers stopped a vehicle at 1:55 a.m. Tuesday on West Fourth Street for operating without headlights. An investigation later determined that Robles was allegedly intoxicated. He was processed and released with tickets.

¯ Toni L Schnars, 31, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief and aggravated family offense. Officers responded at 1:54 p.m. Tuesday to East Fifth Street for a reported domestic dispute. An investigation determined that Schnars allegedly threw a glass cup at another person, striking them in the knee and ankle. Schnars was later located by a probation officer. She was held for arraignment. The victim suffered minor injuries from the incident.
