¯ HANOVER -- A fire that broke out early Monday in the town of Hanover is undetermined pending further investigation. Firefighters from numerous department were called at 3:06 a.m. to a reported fire at 391 Versailles Road. Upon extinguishing the fire, the Chautauqua County Fire Investigation team was requested to conduct an origin and cause investigation.

¯ Kenneth S. Trask, 40, no known address, was charged with public lewdness. An officer was flagged down at 5:50 p.m. Monday in the area of Main Street in Falconer. Officers were advised by a woman that a male in the area had exposed himself to her while standing on West Main Street. The victim directed officers to the male, who was still in the area. The male was later identified as Trask. He was taken to centralized arraignment and is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.
¯ Joseph A. Fontanez Walker, 33, no address listed, was charged with driving while intoxicated, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a weapon. Patrol at 3 a.m. on Saturday stopped to check the well-being of a vehicle pulled to the right side of the road on Fluvanna Avenue. An investigation determined that Fontanez Walker was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol. A search of the vehicle also turned up a loaded handgun in a bag. Fontanez Walker was released with tickets to appear in Ellicott Town Court.
DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Trea Buchanan, 29, of Jamestown, was arrested Aug. 3 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and trespass.
¯ Kim Nutting, 48, of Jamestown, was arrested Aug. 4 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, endangering the welfare of a child, and false personation.
¯ Noel Dominguez Jr., 34, of Dunkirk, was arrested Aug. 8 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment.
