JAMESTOWN POLICE
DEPARTMENT
¯ Christal L. Pollard was charged with petit larceny after a reported larceny at a business on Jamestown’s south side at 2:06 p.m. Monday. According to a police report, Pollard, 43, allegedly stole an empty mailbox off an exterior wall of the business. She was charged and held until she could be arraigned in Jamestown City Court.
¯ Jahriek P. Maisonet, 19, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree criminal mischief at 8:30 p.m. Sunday after a reported domestic dispute on the city’s west side. According to a police report, Maisonet allegedly destroyed property belonging to another person. He was charged and taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT
¯ MINA — A 36-year-old town man is facing charges after an incident Sunday afternoon. Around 4:03 p.m., deputies responded to a disorderly person complaint. Through investigation it was founded that Gregory A. Griswold did put his hands around another person’s throat and broke property of another person all while in the presence of a child. Griswold was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, fourht-degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child.
Griswold was transported to Mayville for centralized arraignment.
¯ CHARLOTTE — Three individuals have been charged after a disorderly person complaint on Monday before 9 p.m.
Deputies were dispatched to an address on East Road. Upon arrival and after conducting an investigation it was determined that Jason Koch, 40, of Sinclairville, Ben Gray, 32, of Sinclairville and John Land, 49, of Sinclairville had previously been evicted from a residence and had returned back without the consent of the property owner. When the subjects were confronted Koch had allegedly pulled and displayed a machete toward another individual.
All three were issued appearance tickets for trespass and Koch was charged with second-degree menacing.
DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Kiara Boyd, 24, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 28 and charged with second-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
¯ Zaralizette Smith, 22, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 28 and charged with third-degree hindering prosecution.
¯ Dontasia Buchanan, 25, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 28 and charged with third-degree hindering prosecution.
¯ Xavier Rodriguez Perez, 34, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 28 and charged with second-degree obstruction, failure to obey police and failure to keep right.
¯ Randy Hilliker, 45, of Dunkirk, was arrested Saturday and charged with two counts of second-degree criminal contempt, two counts of third-degree criminal trespass and two counts of fourth-degree stalking.
¯ Eileen Oliver, 57, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sunday and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
¯ Brandon Vangiesen, 32, of Jamestown, was arrested Sunday and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE
¯ Jody L. Ingersoll, 55, of Busti was charged with driving while intoxicated per se and driving while intoxicated BAC greater than .08% at 6 p.m. Monday on Lawson Road, Busti. According to a police report, Ingersoll was involved in a property damage accident in Jamestown and allegedly left the scene. Lakewood-Busti police officers reportedly saw Ingersoll driving the damaged vehicle and pulled her over. Ingersoll was later charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident by the Jamestown Police Department. She will be in court later.
