JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Fermin Rodriguez-Robles, 29, no address listed, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating a motor vehicle with no insurance and unregistered motor vehicle. Officers stopped a vehicle at 5:43 p.m. Tuesday on North Main Street near Crossman Street for unnecessary noise. An investigation found that the temporary Delaware license plates that were on Rodriguez Robles’ vehicle were forged. Officers also learned that Rodriguez Robles had a suspended New York state driver’s license. He was transported to jail and held for arraignment.

¯ Patrick M. Liberte, 66, of Jamestown, was charged with aggravated family offense, first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment. Officers responded at 3:14 p.m. Tuesday to Tops Markets on Washington Street for a reported domestic dispute. An investigation found that Liberte allegedly struck another person in the head three times with a plastic bottle during an argument. Liberte was transported to jail and held for arraignment.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ CHAUTAUQUA — Jesse L. Erhard, 32, of Chautauqua, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second- and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia, second-degree unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine and endangering the welfare of a child. A four-month-long investigation into narcotics sales in the town of Chautauqua resulted in narcotics investigators executing a search warrant at 6484 S. Portage Road in the town of Chautauqua. Erhard was located at the time of the search. Investigators seized 59.8 grams of methamphetamine, 4.3 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, materials for the manufacturing of methamphetamine, scales and packaging material for the distribution of narcotics, two hand guns and eight rifles/shotguns and $403 in U.S. currency. Erhard was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for arraignment.
