CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
¯ GERRY — Martin D. Johnson, 47, of Jamestown, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, unregistered motor vehicle, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and no/improper plate. Deputies at 10:52 p.m. Thursday observed a UTV side-by-side parked behind a local establishment after hours on Salisbury Road. An investigation found that Johnson was allegedly operating the UTV while intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in Gerry Town Court later.
