WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Bradley J. Eddy, 31, and Michelle A. Balch, 36, no addresses listed, were each charged with trespassing. On Monday, the department was advised of two people living inside the dug out at the Westfield Little League Field. Officers made contact with Eddy and Balch, both of whom reportedly had a history of trespassing on the property and had been warned. Both were issued tickets to appear in court.

JAMESTOWN POLICE

DEPARTMENT

¯ Cody A. Boisvert, 24, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. Officers responded at 5:51 a.m. Wednesday to the area of Warner Place and Barrett Avenue for a well-being check. An investigation determined that Boisvert was allegedly in possession of a loaded 9mm handgun without a state pistol permit. It was further learned that the firearm had been reported stolen during a June burglary in Jamestown. Boisvert was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE

DEPARTMENT

¯ Jeffrey L. Shriver, no age listed, of Lakewood, was charged with petit larceny and fifth-degree possession of stolen property. Sabrina M. Flores, no age listed, of Jamestown, was charged with petit larceny and third-degree burglary. Officers were called at 10:22 p.m. Monday to Walmart for a shoplifting in progress and took Shriver and Flores into custody after they attempted to flee the store. Both are accused of stealing merchandise. Both are scheduled to appear in Busti Town Court later.

SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ Jenna R. Bristol, 36, of Jamestown, was taken into custody Wednesday on a charge of third-degree grand larceny following an investigation by the Criminal Investigation Bureau. Bristol was processed and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
