JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Brian J. Hilton, 54, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree reckless endangerment. Officers received a criminal mischief complaint Sunday and learned that Hilton allegedly threw a can of soda at another person’s vehicle, causing damage to the front windshield. Hilton was located a short time later and issued appearance tickets.

¯ Mikial Moore, 29, no address listed, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass. Officers responded at 8:36 a.m. Monday to a north side address for a trespass complaint. An investigation determined that Moore allegedly entered a dwelling and engaged in a verbal altercation with another male. Moore was located at his residence a short time later and was taken into custody. He was held for arraignment in court.

¯ Sarah E. Cali, 23, of Falconer, was charged with petit larceny. Cali was stopped Saturday by Walmart asset protection regarding a shoplifting incident. Cali is scheduled to appear in Busti Town Court later.

¯ Jessica A. Wilder, 40, of Salamanca, was charged with petit larceny. Wilder was stopped Friday by Walmart asset protection regarding a shoplifting incident. Wilder is scheduled to appear in Busti Town Court later.

¯ Kristen M. Higgs, 41, of Jamestown, was charged with petit larceny. Higgs was stopped Friday by Walmart asset protection regarding a shoplifting incident. Higgs is scheduled to appear in Busti Town Court later.
