ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
≤ Stephanie K. Derby, 42, no address listed, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny. Patrol responded at 8:40 p.m. June 20 to a reported shoplifting at Wegmans on Fairmount Avenue. An investigation determined that Derby allegedly filled a shopping cart with $1,307.30 of merchandise and then proceeded to walk out of the store without paying. Derby is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.
≤ Jeffrey D. Bohall, 38, no address listed, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Officers responded at 9:28 p.m. June 24 to a reported domestic dispute at the park in Celoron. An investigation determined that the incident started in a boat on the lake and continued into the parking lot of the park. It is alleged that Bohall punched another person’s vehicle, causing damage. Bohall is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.
≤ Tammra L. Topliffe, 42, no address listed, was charged with petit larceny. Patrol responded at 1:30 p.m. June 19 to Wegmans for a shoplifting complaint. It was found that Topliffe allegedly took items and passed all points of sale without paying. Topliffe is scheduled to appear in court later.
