JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Dante F. Croft was charged with second-degree falsely reporting an incident and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 12:08 a.m. Monday at the DoubleTree Hotel on Fourth Street. According to a police report, Jamestown police officers responded to the DoubleTree Hotel for a report of an unwanted male. When officers arrived they could hear the fire alarm going off inside the building and were notified by staff that a man identified as Dante F. Croft pulled the fire alarm for no apparent reason. The alarm caused the Jamestown Fire Department to respond to re-set the alarm and a large number of hotel guests to exit the hotel for a brief period of time. There was indeed no fire or emergency at the hotel. Croft was charged without incident and taken to the Jamestown City Jail until he could be arraigned. While in the city jail, officers report finding a quantity of methamphetamine in Croft’s property.
¯ Dillon K. Weilacher, 27, of Jamestown was charged with moving from lane unsafely, operating out of class, driving while intoxicated per se and driving while intoxicated – alcohol after a traffic accident at 1 a.m. Sunday on Harrison Street. Weilacher allegedly went off the road and hit a utility pole. He was taken to the Jamestown City Jail for arraignment and was released to be in court later.

COUNTY SHERIFF
¯ David F. Burkhart, 30, of Jamestown was arrested on a felony bench warrant from Cattaraugus County Court by Jamestown police officers at 9:23 p.m. Thursday. He was taken to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office and taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail.
WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT
— WESTFIELD — A woman who allegedly made a threatening phone call to a staff member at Westfield Academy & Central School on June 9 has turned herself in to Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies.
Westfield Police Department, in a news release Monday, said Brenda Horr, 43, was arraigned for second-degree aggravated harassment and making a terroristic threat.
The staff member who received the call earlier this month had contacted the school resource officer who was in the building at the time. As the Westfield police responded to the school, the district went into a lockout. After the investigation, it was alleged that Horr had made the call.
DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT
— Leanne White, no age listed, homeless, was arrested June 9 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
— Andrew Diaz, 47, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 9 and charged with driving while intoxicated.
— Donato Schade, 19, of Irving, was arrested Tuesday and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with blood alcohol content 0.08% or more, consumption of alcohol in motor vehicle, operating a vehicle after consuming alcohol while being less than 21 years old, unsafe start, unauthorized light and uninspected motor vehicle.
— Sonia Camacho, 34, of Dunkirk, was arrested Thursday and charged with second-degree criminal contempt.
