LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE

DEPARTMENT

¯ Jeremy D. Lyons, 28, of Jamestown, was charged with petit larceny. Police responded at 8:51 p.m. Thursday to Walmart for a reported shoplifter running from the store. The man, later identified as Lyons, was located a short time later. Lyons is scheduled to appear in court later.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ Angela M. Ducuara, 32, of Chautauqua, was charged with trespass. Deputies responded at 5:30 p.m. Sunday to a residence in the town of Chautauqua for a trespass complaint. An investigation determined that Ducuara unlawfully entered and remained on another person’s property by refusing to leave. She is scheduled to appear in court later.

DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Three Broome County residents were arrested the morning of June 3 on burglary charges. Siobian Campbell, 35, of Endicott; David Decker, 30, of Endicott; and Nathan Preston, 40, of Johnson City, were all charged with third-degree criminal mischief, possession of burglar tools, and third-degree criminal trespass.

¯ Layla Garcia, 21, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 30 and charged with second-degree assault and resisting arrest.

¯ Angel Castillo-Cruz, 40, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 2 and charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and single counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia.

¯ Luis Hyatt, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested Monday and charged with first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree criminal mischief, and second-degree harassment.

¯ Irma Burgos, 35, of Dunkirk, was arrested Monday and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Christian Lamoreaux, 36, of Dunkirk, was arrested Tuesday and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
