JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Bobby R. Mount, 40, of Jamestown, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. Officers at 9:13 p.m. Thursday observed Mount operating a stolen electric bicycle in the area of East Second and Winsor streets. Mount was taken into custody and, during a search, officers located a variety of stolen property. Mount was held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court.

¯ Justin M. Rowe, 23, of Jamestown, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and resisting arrest. Officers were called at 8:04 p.m. Thursday to a reported larceny in progress from a vehicle in the driveway of a north side residence. Rowe was spotted inside the victim’s vehicle and attempted to run away from officers. Rowe was quickly taken into custody and later found with a credit card stolen from the victim’s vehicle. Rowe was also found to have numerous bench warrants from the Jamestown Police Department for similar incidents. Rowe was held pending arraignment in court.

¯ Dominic L. Canale, 20, no address listed, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny. Officers responded at 5:40 p.m. Thursday to the south side of the city for a larceny. Officers were alerted that Canale was a suspect in the larceny, and an investigation determined he allegedly took property from the victim. Canale was transported to jail and held for arraignment.

¯ Tarik Salik , 57, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon — high capacity ammunition feeding device and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Patrol stopped a vehicle at 5:31 p.m. Thursday on South Main Street and determined that Salik had an active warrant for his arrest. It was also determined that Salik was allegedly in possession of a loaded high-capacity magazine and a quantity of methamphetamine. Salik was transported to jail and held for arraignment.

¯ Heather Crille, 37, and Ronald Mesler, 57, both of Jamestown, were each charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Mesler was additionally charged with criminal possession of a firearm. A search warrant was executed at 10:50 a.m. Thursday at 114 W. Seventh St. as the result of a narcotics investigation. The Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force and Chautauqua County narcotics investigators made entry into the residence, locating Crilley and Mesler inside. Detectives located a small quantity of methamphetamine, suboxone, scales and a loaded .44 Magnum revolver. Crilley and Mesler were transported to jail and held for arraignment.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Lisa L. Kippe, 58, no address listed, was charged with petit larceny. Kippe allegedly failed to scan multiple items at Walmart on Thursday. She is scheduled to appear in court later.

¯ Todd A. Samples, 65, no address listed, was charged with petit larceny. Samples allegedly failed to scan multiple items at Walmart on Thursday. He is scheduled to appear in court later.

¯ Tara M. Rectenwald, 40, of Youngsville, Pa., was taken into custody Tuesday on an active warrant from the Lakewood-Busti Police Department. Officers responded to a reported disturbance in the area of Hoag Road and Baker Street Extension. Officers located a vehicle with two people inside, including Rectenwald. She was transported to Chautauqua County Jail and is scheduled to appear in court later.

¯ Roxie C. Peterson, 59, of Kennedy, was charged with petit larceny. Officers responded at 9:18 p.m. Monday to a reported shoplifting complaint at Walmart. An investigation determined that Peterson allegedly passed all points of sale with $64.09 worth of unpaid merchandise concealed in a bag. Peterson is scheduled to appear in court later.
