LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Charles D. Gibson, 53, of Ashville, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Patrol responded at 5:50 p.m. Tuesday to a reported incident on Wellman Road in Ashville. An investigation found that Gibson allegedly caused damage while trying to open a locked door. He is scheduled to appear in Busti Town Court later.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Margie S. Curry, 41, of Panama, was charged with first-degree burglary, second-degree assault, aggravated criminal contempt, fourth-degree criminal mischief and resisting arrest. Officers responded at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday to a home on the north side of the city for a reported trespass. It was found that Curry allegedly entered a residence unlawfully with a knife, violating an order of protection. Curry was located inside the residence by officers. After a brief struggle, she was taken into custody and transported to jail. Curry was held for arraignment in Jamestown City Court.

¯ Danielle R. Raynor, 35, of Jamestown, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal trespass. Officers responded at 5:15 p.m. Wednesday to a residence on the south side of the city for a trespass complaint. Raynor was located on the porch to the residence, and an investigation found that she allegedly cut the plastic secured to the front window and subsequently made entry into dwelling without permission. Raynor was transported to jail and held for arraignment in court.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ SHERIDAN — Charles O. Luce, 48, of Forestville, was charged with failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign. Deputies along with Sheridan and Forestville firefighters, Chautauqua County EMS and Alstar responded Wednesday to a crash on Center Road in the town of Sheridan. The crash was reported at about 7 p.m. It was found that Luce allegedly failed to yield the right of way at a stop sign located at Center and Mezzio roads, causing his vehicle to hit the driver-side door of a passing vehicle. The driver of the passing vehicle was seriously injured and was transported to ECMC in Buffalo. Luce, who was not injured, is scheduled to appear in court later.

¯ ELLERY — Karianne L. Yuchnitz, 22, of Ashville, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI with a blood alcohol content of 0.18% or higher, speed in zone and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 2:16 a.m. Sunday on Route 430 in the town of Ellery for a vehicle and traffic violation. An investigation found that Yuchnitz, the operator of the vehicle, was allegedly intoxicated. She is scheduled to appear in court later.

¯ HANOVER — Jeffrey Durward, 60, of Cassadaga, was charged with DWI and DWI per se. Patrol stopped a vehicle at 11:59 p.m. May 25 on Routes 5 and 20 in Hanover. An investigation found that Durward was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in court later.

¯ SILVER CREEK — Riley S. Okeefe, 23, of East Aurora, was charged with DWI, DWI per se and failure to keep right. Patrol stopped a vehicle at 1:40 a.m. May 21 on Routes 5 and 20 in Silver Creek. An investigation found that Okeefe was allegedly intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in court later.

DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Ronaldino Francisco Virbes, 16, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 17 and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with blood alcohol content .08% or greater, leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, unlicensed operator, uninsured vehicle, failure to use designated lane, and failure to keep right.

¯ Nicholas Mooney, 30, of Fredonia, was arrested May 18 and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of drug paraphernalia, and no or improper signal.

¯ Sonia Mosley, 35, of Jamestown, was arrested Sunday and charged with false personation.

¯ Michel Mares-Roblero, 47, of Ripley, was arrested Sunday and charged with driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident, no seat belt, unlicensed operator, driving on sidewalk, and moving from lane unsafely.

¯ Abraham Robinson Jr., 35, of Dunkirk, was arrested Monday and charged with second-degree burglary and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
