CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
¯ HARMONY — Bryan B. Boardman, 36, of Ashville, was charged with second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Deputies were dispatched at 10:30 a.m. Thursday to a reported incident in the town of Harmony. An investigation determined that Boardman allegedly damaged property that did not belong to him and menaced an individual with a baseball bat. He was taken to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Delbert M. Clark, 55, of Jamestown, was charged with resisting arrest and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Clark was observed walking in the area of Fifth Street and American Place at 8:30 a.m. Thursday. Clark was known to have an active warrant. Upon speaking with Clark, he pushed an officer and fled on foot before he was taken into custody. Clark was later found with a quantity of methamphetamine fentanyl. He was held for arraignment.
¯ Samantha K. Wilson, 28, no address listed, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Devin S. Fuller, 27, no address listed, was taken into custody on a valid probation warrant. Officers stopped a vehicle at 11:25 a.m. Thursday in the area of East Second and Curtis streets. Fuller was known to have a suspended driver’s license. Wilson, a passenger in the vehicle, was allegedly found in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine. Both were transported to jail and held for arraignment in court.
¯ Eric Ramos Astacio, 26, of Jamestown, was charged with resisting arrest. Astacio was observed at 6:39 p.m. Thursday standing in front of 7-Eleven on East Second Street. Astacio had a confirmed arrest warrant, and as officers approached, he led officers on a foot pursuit. When apprehended, he allegedly struggled with officers to prevent him from being taken into custody. Astacio was transported to jail and held for arraignment.
¯ Ronald R. Singleton, 33, of Jamestown, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, third-degree assault and criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation. Officers responded at 10:40 p.m. Wednesday to the south side of the city for a reported domestic incident. Officers learned that Singleton allegedly struck a woman several times causing injury. It is alleged that Singleton also grabbed the woman by the neck, causing her difficulty in breathing. Singleton also took her phone, preventing her from calling police. Singleton was transported to jail and held for arraignment in court.
