JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Illinois D. Jackson, 19; Jospeh Connolly, 18; and Corey Stingel, 21, all of Jamestown, were each charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property. At 7:40 p.m. Sunday, officers spotted a vehicle that had been reported stolen traveling on Tower Street. Jackson, Connolly and Stingel were all transported to jail and held for court. The vehicle was later retrieved by its owner.

¯ Whitney L. Whalen, 28, of Jamestown, was charged with petit larceny. Whalen allegedly failed to scan multiple items at self-checkout Saturday at Walmart. Whalen is scheduled to appear in Busti Town Court later.

¯ Mcintosh P. Genevieve, 46, no address listed, was charged with petit larceny. Genevieve allegedly failed to scan multiple items at self-checkout Saturday at Walmart. Genevieve is scheduled to appear in Busti Town Court later.
