JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Kameron A. Melendez, 19, of Jamestown, and Ayden M. Bonta, 19, of Jamestown, were each charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of cannabis and two counts of second-degree criminal using drug paraphernalia. Officers stopped a vehicle at 1:04 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of Chandler and Center streets. An investigation determined that Melendez and Bonta were both allegedly in possession of 24.6 grams of Cocaine HCL, 399.3 grams of cannabis, multiple digital scales and packaging materials. The pair was held for arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
