JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ William Gardner, 23, and Katelynn Martinez, 25, were each charged with third-degree criminal trespass. Patrol responded at 6 p.m. Wednesday to a condemned residence on the east side of Jamestown for a reported trespass. Upon arrival, officers located Gardner and Martinez inside the condemned building. Both were taken into custody without incident and transported to Jamestown City Jail for processing.
¯ William R. Gardner, 23, and Robert L. Gardner, 25, were each charged with second-degree criminal trespass. Officers responded at 8:23 p.m. Sunday to the north side of the city for a trespass complaint in an unoccupied residence. Upon arrival, officers located William and Robert Gardner inside the residence without permission. Both were taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail. They were held for arraignment in court.

¯ PORTLAND -- Todd A. Witt, 45, of Sinclairville, was charged with moving from lane unsafely, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while ability impaired by drugs and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Deputies were called at 3:40 a.m. Wednesday to a report of a vehicle off Plank Road in the town of Portland. Deputies located a vehicle in the ditch and learned that the driver was Witt. An investigation found that Witt was allegedly under the influence of drugs. Witt is scheduled to appear in court later.
