JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Brad R. Stevens, 44, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass. Patrol responded at 7:23 p.m. Tuesday to the west side of the city for a suspicious situation. Officers found an open door in the rear of a condemned residence. Officer cleared the residence and found Stevens hiding under a blanket inside of an open closet of an upper bedroom. Stevens was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment in court.

¯ Arthur A. Hubbard, 33, of Jamestown, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and criminal obstruction of breathing /blood circulation. Patrol responded at 2:28 p.m. Saturday to a north side address for a reported domestic incident. Police made contact with Hubbard, who had allegedly been involved in a physical confrontation with a female who had called from a friend’s apartment. It was determined that over the course of several hours, Hubbard had allegedly repeatedly struck, dragged and restrained the female victim in the apartment whenever she attempted to leave. The victim was able to eventually escape the apartment where she ran to use a friend’s phone to call for help as Hubbard had damaged her phone. Hubbard was taken into custody and held for arraignment.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

BROCTON — At about 5:32 p.m. Tuesday, deputies responded to a residence for a reported altercation. Upon arrival, deputies located Brandon M. Cole Jr., 23, of Brocton, at the scene. After an investigation it was found that Cole damaged the property of another individual without their permission. He was taken into custody and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Cole was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail to await arraignment. Cole will answer his charges in town of Portland court later.

ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Cameron M. Jensen, 20, no address listed, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Officers responded at 7:30 a.m. April 29 to a reported domestic incident in Falconer. Jensen was located in a residence with a valid stay away order of protection for two people inside. Jensen is scheduled to appear in court later.

¯ Kimberly L. Paquette, 55, no address listed, was charged with third-degree burglary and petit larceny. Officers responded at 11 p.m. April 30 to a reported burglary in Falconer. An investigation found that Paquette had been seen exiting a residence through a rear doggy door on April 27. Afterward, the homeowner reported money, a flower pot and a TV remote missing. Paquette is scheduled to appear in court later.
