CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
¯ BEMUS POINT — Brea A. Wilkins-Carlson, 31, of Jamestown, was charged with driving while intoxicated-Leandra Law. Deputies were called at 1:20 p.m. April 5 to High Acres Mobile Home Park for a suspicious situation involving children in a vehicle. An investigation found that Wilkins-Carlson allegedly committed felony DWI as she had three children in the back seat. She is scheduled to appear in Ellery Town Court later.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Matthew A. Huch, 38, and Melissa A. Huch, 49, were second-degree criminal nuisance. Officers responded at 9 p.m. Wednesday to the east side of the city four times within five hours. Officers responded to the residence on two separate occasions and gave Matthew and Melissa Hutch verbal warnings to keep the music down. On the third response, both were given appearance tickets for a noise code. Their speaker was removed from their front porch and transported to the Jamestown Police Department as evidence. Matthew and Melissa Hutch continued to disturb the peace and continued to violate the Jamestown City Code, therefore officers were dispatched a fourth time for a fight. The pair was taken into custody without further incident and held for arraignment.
¯ Jeremiah Charles Michael Warrior, 23, no address listed, was charged with first-degree menacing and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Officers responded at 8:22 p.m. Wednesday to the north side of the city for a report of a person with a weapon. Officers were alerted that Warrior had been in a dispute with another person when he allegedly displayed a black gun in a threatening manner and walked toward the victim. Warrior was located at his residence and was taken into custody without incident.
¯ Justin M. Rowe, 23, no address listed, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Patrol responded Thursday to a reported shoplifting at Tops Markets on Washington Street. An employee stated that Rowe allegedly took several pieces of merchandise out of a package. It was determined that Rowe reportedly damaged a total of $34.97 in merchandise.
