— Kayla M. Slagle, 33, of Jamestown, was charged with driving while intoxicated and improper left hand turn onto a one way road. Police stopped a vehicle at 1:26 a.m. Friday on West Fifth and North Main streets for a traffic violation. An investigation found that Slagle had allegedly been operating the vehicle in an intoxicated condition. She was processed and released.

— Taylor W. Fish, 22, of Jamestown, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Officers responded at 3:11 p.m. Friday to a south side address for a reported disorderly person and criminal mischief. Upon arrival, officers observed a 2005 Jeep Liberty with damage to the driver side of the windshield. An investigation found that Fish allegedly struck the vehicle with a piece of brick, causing damage to the windshield. Fish was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held pending arraignment. Fish also had several outstanding arrest warrants out of Jamestown City Court.

— Geovany M. Santiago, 23, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree menacing. Officers responded at 3:17 p.m. Friday to the south side of the city and found that Santiago allegedly displayed a knife and threatened another person. Santiago was taken into custody and transported to jail.

— Alivia M. Mothershed, 21, no address listed, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment. Officers responded at 3:11 p.m. Friday to a reported domestic dispute on the city’s south side. Upon arrival, officers were informed that Mothershed allegedly made threats of physical harm to a victim via text messages. Mothershed was on scene at the time and was taken into custody. She was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment.
