JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Kade R. Farbo, 25, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree burglary and second-degree criminal tampering. Officers responded at 12:35 a.m. Friday to North Main and West Third streets for a report of a person with a weapon. Police located Farbo, who matched the description of a burglary suspect from a burglary of a church that took place Thursday on the west side of the city. Farbo was taken into custody and held for arraignment.

¯ Ryan A. Kelley, 32, of Jamestown, was charged with petit larceny and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration. Kelley was observed at 6:22 p.m. Thursday in the area of Foote Avenue and Briggs Street after allegedly taking $57.50 in merchandise from Family Dollar without paying. Kelley ran after being approached by officers. He was eventually taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail.

¯ Jeremy M. Ramsey, 44, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree menacing. Patrol was called at 9:56 a.m. Friday to UPMC Chautauqua for a disorderly male. It was reported that Ramsey had been discharged from the hospital but was refusing to leave. Ramsey allegedly became disorderly and started damaging property in the ER, along with fighting with security. Ramsey began swinging a pen, allegedly attempting to stab one of the staff members. Hospital security staff was able to restrain Ramsey until police arrived where he was placed into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail. He was being held for arraignment.
