CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ RANDOLPH — Brandon E. Bush, 40, of Randolph, was charged with sex offender registry-failure to provide photograph. A probe by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Bureau found that Bush reportedly failed to make an appointment to update his photograph. He is scheduled to appear in Cattaraugus County Court at a later date.

¯ COLDSPRING — Daniele M. Calkins, 29, of Randolph, was charged with petit larceny. Calkins, an employee at a Coldspring business, was taken into custody Tuesday. Calkins was allegedly observed on security footage taking about $60 from a cash register Monday and placing it into an apron. She is scheduled to appear in Coldspring Town Court later.

¯ SOUTH DAYTON — Mathew C. Priest Sr., 51, of Dayton, was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving while intoxicated with a BAC greater than 0.18%. Deputies investigated a crash that occurred March 18 on Pine Street in the village of South Dayton. Priest is scheduled to appear in court later.

FIRE DEPARTMENT OF WESTFIELD

¯ WESTFIELD — A motorist escaped injury after his vehicle went off Route 5 around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday. The Fire Department of Westfield along with the Westfield Police Department and a county medic responded to 8114 Route 5 for the incident that led to the vehicle going over an embankment with entrapment. The Chautauqua County Tech Rescue Team was called to the scene to assist with the stabilization of the vehicle and extrication of a single occupant. The uninjured occupant was later transported to Westfield Memorial Hospital for evaluation.
