¯ Angel L. Ormsby, 46, of Jamestown, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated and DWI per se. Officers stopped a vehicle at 6:12 p.m. Monday on Chandler Street. Ormsby was allegedly found to be operating the vehicle while intoxicated following an investigation. A check showed Ormsby had two prior DWI convictions in the last 10 years. She was being held in Jamestown City Jail for arraignment in court.

¯ Michael J. Connolly, 20, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration. Officers performed a street check at 8:55 a.m. Tuesday on Connolly, known to have outstanding warrants out of the city of Jamestown. Connolly reportedly began to run from officers and did not comply when told to stop. Connolly was taken into custody a short time later and he was transported to jail without further incident.
