COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ SALAMANCA — Tashia M. Seneca, 37, of Irving, was charged with driving while ability impaired by a combined influence of drugs/alcohol. A deputy stopped a vehicle at 4:54 a.m. Thursday on Route 353 in Salamanca. Seneca was taken into custody following an investigation. Seneca is scheduled to appear in Salamanca City Court later.

¯ COLD SPRING — Kaleb S. Mason, 34, of Jamestown, was taken into custody Feb. 12 following a traffic stop on Lebanon Road in the town of Cold Spring. Mason was found to have an active bench warrant with the Erie County Sheriff’s Office. He was later transferred to Erie County deputies.

¯ David Burkhart III, 30, of Jamestown, was taken into custody at the Chautauqua County Jail in Mayville on a direct deposit Cattaraugus County warrant. Burkhart was transported to Cattaraugus County Jail and will appear in Cattaraugus County Court later.

DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Megan Waterman, 41, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 10 and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Savannah Dorsey Carter, 23, of Stockton, was arrested Feb. 10 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Jimmy Reynolds, 36, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 11 and charged with obstruction of governmental administration and operating motor vehicle off roadway.

— Amanda Sendall, 36, of Gerry, was arrested Feb. 11 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

— Christopher Harding, 38, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 11 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

— Octavia Brown, 32, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 13 and charged with petit larceny and trespass.

— Hakeem Sherry, 19, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 14 and charged with obstruction of governmental administration and disorderly conduct.

— Benjamin Cole, 29, of Dunkirk, was arrested Wednesday and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
