ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Robert A. Kendrick Jr., 40, no address listed, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Officers responded at 3 p.m. Saturday to Morgan Street in the village of Falconer to check the well-being of a person passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle. An investigation found that Kendrick was allegedly in possession of Chuka Sticks as well as a controlled substance. Kendrick is scheduled to appear in court later.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE
DEPARTMENT
¯ Andrew C. Schultz, 35, of Falconer, was charged with petit larceny, third-degree burglary and resisting arrest. Officers responded at 4 p.m. Tuesday to the area of Walmart for a person reportedly fleeing a burglary. After a short chase, Schultz was taken into custody. He was processed and is scheduled to appear in court later.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Ricky J. Finch Jr., 31, of Jamestown, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and aggravated family offense. Officers responded at 11 p.m. Tuesday to the south side of the city for a reported domestic dispute. It was found that Finch allegedly damaged property inside a residence during a dispute. He was transported to jail and held for arraignment.
¯ Aaron M. Albaugh, 38, no address listed, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass. Officers were called at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday to the south side of the city for a trespass complaint. Albaugh was allegedly located inside a condemned residence. He was transported to jail and held for arraignment.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT
SHERIDAN — At 7:27 a.m. Monday, deputies responded to Route 20 in the town of Sheridan for a report of a vehicle off the road and into a barn. Upon arrival, deputies observed the vehicle to be unoccupied. An investigation led to Alexander Gonzalez-Pacheco being identified as the operator of the vehicle. Gonzalez-Pacheco was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, speend not reasonable and prudent and an unsafe lane change.
