LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Sue L. Foster, 50, of Little Valley, was charged with petit larceny, resisting arrest, third-degree burglary, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child. Officers were notified of a shoplifting at Walmart at 9:06 p.m. Monday. Foster was seen walking out of Walmart with stolen merchandise and fled when confronted by asset protection. Foster was later detained and brought back to the store. She was later found with controlled substances in her bag. Foster was with a child when she allegedly stole the merchandise, valued at $498.96. She is scheduled to appear in court later.
¯ Eric J. Preston, 42, of Olean, was charged with petit larceny and resisting arrest. Officers responded at 8:50 p.m. Friday to a shoplifting complaint at Walmart. Preston allegedly stole $751.15 worth of merchandise. Upon arrival, he fled on foot but was eventually detained. Preston was processed and is scheduled to appear in court later.
¯ April C. Sardi, 47, of Jamestown, was charged with petit larceny. Officers responded at 3:30 p.m. Friday to a shoplifting at Walmart. Sardi allegedly took $830.59 worth of merchandise.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Joshua R.M. Warrior, 34, of Jamestown, was charged with aggravated family offense, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, third-degree criminal mischief, four counts of endangering the welfare of a child and five counts of first-degree criminal contempt. Officers responded at 4:38 p.m. Monday to the north side of the city for a reported domestic dispute. It was learned that Warrior allegedly engaged in a dispute with a female in the presence of four children. It was also learned that the woman and her children were all protected parties in an order of protection issued in Jamestown City Court. Warrior was taken into custody without incident and held for arraignment.
