¯ SILVER CREEK — Jamanji P. Beasley, 27, of Erie, Pa., was charged with driving while ability impaired, third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, second-degree obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, unlicensed operator and failure to keep right. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 3:30 a.m. Thursday in Silver Creek for a traffic violation. An investigation found that Beasley was allegedly operating the vehicle while impaired by drugs and was in possession of a stolen vehicle. Beasley attempted to flee on foot but was apprehended. He is scheduled to appear in Hanover Town Court later to answer the charges.
