CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
¯ KIANTONE — Bethany Johnson, 47, of Jamestown, was charged with trespass. Johnson was issued a ticket to appear in Kiantone Town Court for allegedly trepassing at Kwik Fill on Route 60 in the town of Kiantone after being told not to return by employees.

¯ Zachary A Miller, 30, no address listed, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Officers stopped a vehicle Wednesday on the south side of the city. Miller was taken into custody following an investigation and transported to Jamestown City Jail without incident. He was held pending arraignment in court.
