CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT

— CHAUTAUQUA — At about 3:18 p.m. Saturday, deputies from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to an address for an altercation. Upon further investigation it was determined that Joshua Goodwill and Samantha Green both entered another person’s home unlawfully and Goodwill physically contacted another person without their permission. While conducting the arrest on Green she actively resisted deputies.

Goodwill was charged with second-degree trespass and second-degree harassment. Green was charged with second-degree trespass and resisting arrest. Both taken the Chautauqua County Jail for arraignment and will be in town court at a later date.
