JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ An 18-year-old female was charged with driving with one headlight, uninspected motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle after consuming alcohol under 21. Officers at 1 a.m. Sunday observed a vehicle operating with one headlight in the area of Winsor and Water streets. An investigation found that the driver was operating the vehicle after consuming alcohol. She was processed and issued tickets.

¯ Phillip E. Hinkley, 51, no address given, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, third-degree assault and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Officers responded at 10:30 p.m. Friday to the north side of the city for a domestic incident. An investigation found that Hinkley allegedly injured another person and damaged their property in front of the victim’s children. He was held for arraignment.

¯ Randy L. Harrington, 60, of Jamestown, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Officers responded at 5:13 p.m. Saturday to 7-Eleven on North Main Street for a disorderly person. An investigation found that Harrington was allegedly being disorderly and damaged the front door while arguing with an employee. Harrington is scheduled to appear in court later.
