¯ Joshua M. Taylor-Zavala, 28, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and several Vehicle and Traffic Law violations after a traffic stop at 7:23 p.m. Thursday on East Sixth and Grant streets. Police report seeing a vehicle violate vehicle and traffic laws and, after pulling the vehicle over, found Taylor-Zavala, had a valid order of protection to stay away from the passenger in the vehicle. Taylor-Zavala also allegedly had 14 suspensions of his driver’s license.

¯ James R. Decker, 42, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop on Prospect Street at 9:44 p.m. Wednesday. Accordin gto a police report, Decker allegedly was found in possession of fentanyl after his vehicle was pulled over. Decker will be in Jamestown City Court later.
